Templates
Tenant-authored template drafts. Their obligations become Tier 1 standards. Files dropped here are NEVER treated as live contracts.
Drafts (in-negotiation)
In-negotiation drafts and counterparty-edited versions. Every version landing here is extracted and assessed against the playbook; deviations surface on the Deviations page so you can negotiate them away before signature.
Agreements (signed)
Signed agreements only. New files dropped here are extracted and recorded in clmSpace as authoritative contracts. Deviations are NOT flagged at ingest — they are reassessed automatically 30 days before the last non-renewal notice date, and surface on the Renewals page so you can renegotiate during renewal.
Procurement
Parent folder for software-procurement requests. clmSpace auto-creates a per-supplier sub-folder for each request, where the requestor's uploaded docs (Order Form, Terms, DPA) and the agent's captures (online-terms PDF, summary agreement, legal review) are stored. Bind it once.
