Welcome to clmSpace
clmSpace turns your signed contracts and tenant templates into a queryable obligation graph, and gives your team a verified house view of how you negotiate.
This site is the operating manual. It covers the product concepts, the workflows your legal and commercial teams will follow, the playbook administration surface, the integrations available, and a complete reference for the platform’s HTTP API.
If you are an admin setting up a tenant for the first time, start with the Quickstart. If you want to understand the model before you onboard, the Tier model and Agreements vs Templates pages are the fastest route in.

ReadWhat clmSpace is, in one paragraph
clmSpace ingests live agreements from SharePoint, extracts every obligation as structured data with a verbatim citation back to the source PDF, compares each obligation against your tenant’s playbook (Tier 1 user positions, Tier 2 AI suggestions, Tier 3 market practice), and surfaces deviations, renewals, and draft responses. A human verification gate sits between AI output and any record treated as authoritative, so the facts your team relies on are confirmed by a person.
Where to find other things
- Your live tenant data sits in the app under /dashboard.
- The Market Practice corpus reflects common drafting and is intended for review by counsel before it becomes your house view.
