Rider & summary agreement
Remediation the business can act on: a mitigation rider for the gaps found, and a plain-language summary of the deal, before and after the rider.
Mitigation rider
Where the review recommends Approve (with conditions), clmAI Procurement drafts a mitigation rider: the specific protections that close the gaps it found, written as terms you can put to the supplier. The rider is rendered for review and mirrored to the supplier folder.
Summary agreement
A plain-language summary of the deal as it stands, with a toggle between Current (the supplier’s terms as captured) and With rider (the same deal once the mitigation rider is applied), so a non-lawyer can see exactly what each condition changes.

Each generated artifact is stored and downloadable:
